My regular glasses are in the shop. In theory, I could pick them up next friday. But, since I'm going to be in San Diego, I don't think that's really a viable option. So.. I'm going to be wearing my prescription sunglasses for the next three weeks. I've never owned a pair of prescription sunglasses before. I think they are quite fabulous, but I'm finding that when its early morning, and cloudy, they make everything feel like sunset on a beach.

Those are two completely different kinds of energy. It's hard to be purposeful when the world is in that perpetual light of relaxation. And I'm sure I'll look real fabulous in the hospital next week in my hospital gowns and shades.
